Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are still the richest young Hollywood stars, just for being themselves. Forbes magazine ranks the fraternal twins as the No. 1 pick for Young Hollywood's Top-Earning Stars under the age of 21. The siblings haven't been acting lately, but their Dualstar company is still raking in the dough -- approximately $40 million in 2006 -- from the tween market, which is also emulating their hobo chic style. The Olsens, who last starred in the film "New York Minute," will officially turn 21 on June 13. Semi-retirement agrees with Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen – Forbes magazine ranks them as Hollywood's top-earning stars under the age of 21.
